摘要
目的:探讨埃兹蛋白在不同时期人子宫内膜表达的变化规律。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测人正常月经周期不同时期的子宫内膜组织中埃兹蛋白的表达。结果:埃兹蛋白在人月经周期各期子宫内膜均有表达,以分泌中晚期子宫内膜组织中表达较强,表达量明显高于增生期和分泌早期(P<0.05)。结论:埃兹蛋白在正常子宫内膜中的表达呈现明显周期依赖性,分泌中晚期表达增强提示可能与种植窗的开放相关,从而参与子宫内膜容受性的建立。
Objective: To investigate the regularity of ezrin expression in normal human endometrium throughout menstrual cycle.Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the levels of ezrin in endometrium in each phase of menstrual cycle.Results: Ezrin were expressed in human endometrial glandular and luminal epithelial cell throughout the menstrual cycle.Compared with proliferative endometrium and early secretory endometrium,the expression levels of ezrin were both significantly higher in human mid and late secretory endometrium(P0.05).Conclusion: Ezrin show an obvious menstrual cycle-dependent expression in cycling endometrium.Ezrin expression increases in mid and late-secretory phase,and probably closely relates with the opening of the implantation window,which indicates that ezrin may participate in the establishment of endometrial receptivity.
