摘要
水平井压裂改造目前已成为提高油田水平井开发综合效益的重要途径,其技术在国内外得到了广泛直用。国内目前主流的工艺为机械封隔分段压裂与水力喷砂压裂技术。针对苏北金湖凹陷油藏低孔、低渗、直井产量低等特点,进行了水平井分段压裂研究,并成功实施了金页-IHF井投球机械封隔分段压裂工艺及配套技术现场试验,实现了水平井段分六段卡封分层的压裂改造。结果表明:该工艺技术能够满足该区块油藏改造需要,单井产能达到同区块压裂改造直井的十倍以上,使得油田储量动用程度得以提高,为今后相同区块的水平井压裂改造提供了借鉴。
The horizontal well fracturing reform has become an important way to improve oilfield development. The technology has applied widely at home and abroad. Domestic current main technology are mechanical sealing and hydraulic fracturing sand blasting fracturing technology. This article in view of the characteristics of Jinhu concave in northern Jiangsu province implement well Jinye-1 HF mechanical seal sectional fracturing techniques and related technical field test and completed the horizontal well fractur- ing technology. The results showed that the technology can satisfy the need to reform the reservoir, and the single well productivity can improve oil reserves producing and provide a reference for horizontal well fracturing transformation for the further development.
