摘要
设计一种太阳能LED照明系统充电控制器,既能实现太阳能电池的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)又能满足蓄电池电压限制条件和浮充特性。构建实验系统,测试表明,控制器可以根据蓄电池状态准确地在MPPT、恒压、浮充算法之间切换,MPPT充电效率较恒压充电提高约16%。该充电控制器既实现了太阳能的有效利用,又延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。
A charge controller for solar LED lighting system was designed. The proposed charging method not only uses the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) scheme, but also satisfies the requirement of the storage battery's voltage limit and float charging characteristic. Experimental system was built, and tested re- sults show that the charge controller can be switched precisely to work in the MPPT charging status, the con- stant voltage status, or the float charging status according to the status of battery. Compared with constant voltage status, the efficiency of MPPT status increased about 16%. The charge controllers not only achieved the effective use of solar energy, but also extend battery life.
