超大功率电炉变压器国产化设计改进与结构优化

摘要 介绍了一台用于超大功率冶炼的进口大型电炉变压器设计中所存在的缺陷和薄弱环节,并在国产化设计过程中进行改进和结构优化。增强了变压器的性能,有效提升了变压器抗短路冲击等能力,实现了超大功率电炉变压器国产化的突破,并使之成为国内设计制造的一台超大容量的共轭铁芯三绕组整流变压器。较好地满足了超大功率直流电弧炉频繁短路冲击负荷的工艺要求。 Introduced some defects and weakness about a import large-scale furnace transformer design which used superpower smelting, and improved and optimizied structure in the domestic design. Strengthened the transformer performance, effectively promoted the ability of resisting short circuit lash, realizing break- through of a import large-scale furnace transformer in the domestic design, and making it the conjugate iron core three winding rectifier transformer with large-scale capacitance. The technology demand of frequently short circuit lash load for the large-scale furnace transformer is satisfied.
