目的:采用精确的Y-V推进内眦开大术与睑成形术联合治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮,与传统方法比较,探讨该改良术式的技术要点及临床效果.方法:自2010年2月至2012年2月,对100例内眦赘皮求美者行精确的Y-V成形内眦开大术,将新建内眦的内眦韧带折叠固定于鼻侧腱膜上,使新建内眦具有正常的解剖结构和美观的外部形态.结果:所有求美者泪阜显露,内眦赘皮矫正,双内眦间距缩短。术后随访1个月至1年,内眦赘皮得到完全矫正,美观自然,无复发,切口瘢痕不明显,效果满意.结论:精确的Y-V推进内眦开大术是一个可靠、安全、有效的手术方法,术后切口瘢痕不明显,对于原发性内眦赘皮中,伴有小睑裂及明显的内眦间距加宽者效果明显,很少复发,术后瘢痕可达到最小化的等优点,值得临床推广.

Results all the tears for beauty was revealed, canthus skin correction, double the angular distance shorten the follow-up of 3 months to a year, Conclusion Accurate Y-V promote the angular open big art is a reliable safety of surgical method effectively , postoperative incision scar is not obvious, For primary canthus skin, accompanied by little eyelid crack and clear the an- gular distance between the widened obviously effect, rarely relapse, postoperative scar to minimize etc, and is worth clinical promo- tion.
