摘要 目的:比较超脉冲CO2点阵激光与液氮冷冻治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法:将100例脂溢性角化病患者共212个皮损随机分成两组,观察组用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗;对照组用液氮冷冻,比较两组疗效。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,观察组痊愈率治疗1次93.6%,2次99%,色沉率7.2%,无色减;对照组痊愈率治疗1次71.5%,2次83.3%,色沉率29.4%,色减率3.9%。结论:超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗脂溢性角化病更安全、有效、快捷。 Objective nitrogen refrigeration. people in observation nitrogen refrigeration. were 93,6% and 99% To explore the curative effect of super pulse CO2 fractional laser on seborrheic keratosis comparing liquid Methods 100 patients with 212 rashes of seborrheic keratosis were randomly divided into two groups. The rates of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation and postinflammatory hypomelanosis were 7.2% and 0% in observation group, 29.4% and 3.9% in control group. Conclusion The treatment of seborrheic keratosis with super pulse CO2 fractional laser is more effective, quick and safe.
