复方甘草酸苷片治疗扁平疣疗效分析免疫功能影响

The analysis of the treatment efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin on plane warts and its effect to immune function

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷治疗扁平疣的疗效及免疫调节作用。方法:采用随机分组的方法将80例患者分为两组,对照组40例应用0.1%他扎罗汀,膦甲酸钠乳膏外用每天各一次。治疗组40例在此基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片,且在治疗前后作外周血T细胞亚群测定。结果:两组治疗前后比较治疗组治愈率为75%,对照组治愈率为67.5%,两组比较有统计学意义,治疗组治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群有明显改变P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:复方甘草酸苷治疗扁平疣有较好的疗效且具有免疫调节作用。

Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin on plane warts and its effect to immune function, Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in the control group were externally applied with 0.1% Tazarotene Cream and Foscamet Sodium Cream each day and night, Besides those, the cases in treatment group were applied with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets; before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of them were also detected. Results After treatment, the cure rates of the two groups were compared. The cure rate of the treatment group was 75%, and that of the control group was 67.5%. The comparison of the two groups had statistical significance. T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the treatment group had a obvious difference （PC 0.05）before and after treatment, which had statistical significance. Conclusion The immuno-regulating effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin on plane warts is positive.
