摘要
目的:通过对作为最后磨牙的第二磨牙冠修复后出现食物嵌塞病例的分析及处理,为该位置的修复提供一定的临床经验,增加修复的成功率。方法:对临床病例106例,111颗牙体大面积缺损患牙进行冠修复术,观察六个月后对出现食物嵌塞的病例进行分析,并对其调牙合或重新制作修复体,观察疗效。结果:111颗患牙中28颗出现了食物嵌塞,经过调牙合、重新制作修复体后观察半年,食物嵌塞现象均有明显改善。结论:对于第二磨牙作为最后磨牙需进行冠修复时,应消除原来的各种异常因素后进行冠修复,同时注意恢复邻接关系、咬合形态,能收到较好的临床效果。
Objective Based on the second as the last molar molar crown restoration after case analysis and treatment of food im- paction, for the position of restoration of certain clinical experience, increase the success rate of repairing. Methods Clinical analysis of 106 cases, 111 teeth with large area defects of tooth body for crown repair, was observed 6 months after the onset of food im- paction of the case, and its blending, produced a new prosthesis, observation curative effect. Results There are 28 teeth appeared food impaction in 111 teeth, After blending, produced a new prosthesis was observed after half a year of food impaction were signifi- cantly improved. Conclusion For the second molar as the last molar crown when required, should eliminate the original various abnor- mal factors after the crown, while paying attention to recover adjacency relationship, the occlusal morphology, received a better clini- cal effect.
