60例成人过敏性紫癜患者血清过敏原特异性IgE的临床检测意义及中西医结合治疗的疗效观察

目的:探究与分析成人过敏性紫癜患者血清过敏原特异性IgE的临床检测意义,并观察中西医结合治疗成人过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法:选取我院自2010年1月～2012年1月收治的60例过敏性紫癜患者,检测该60例患者的血清过敏原特异性IgE,并随机将其分为实验组(中西医结合治疗组)和对照组(西医治疗组)各30例,比较两组患者经治疗后血清过敏原特异性IgE测定结果。结果:实验组经治疗1月后血清过敏原特异性IgE阳性人数及比例比对照组低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:成人过敏性紫癜患者血清过敏原特异性IgE的临床检测对过敏原的易感性提供有价值的信息,可根据情况采取有效措施加以避免。中西医结合治疗敏性紫癜患者疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective Research and analysis of adult Henoch-Schonlein purpura in a patient with serum allergen-specific IgE clinical significance, and combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of adult allergic purpura with. Method In our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 January treated 60 cases of patients with allergic purpura 60 cases, the detection of serum allergen-specific IgE, and randomly divided into the experimental group （ treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine group ） and control group （ treatment group ） in 30 cases, compared two groups of patients after treatment, serum allergen-specific IgE determination results. Results The experimental group treated after January serum allergen-specific IgE positive number and percentage of lower than the control group, P〈0.05, has statistical significance. Conclusions Adult Henoch-Schonlein purpura in a patient with serum allergen-specific IgE clinical detection of allergen in susceptibility to provide valuable information, according to take effective measures to avoid. Combined Chinese and Western medicine in treating allergic purpura patients has remarkable effect, worthy of clinical application.
