目的:设计与开发皮肤性病图库管理及辅助诊疗系统,以实现对皮肤性病专科患者基本信息及图像信息的采集、加工、存储和传输,并为医务人员提供辅助诊疗功能。方法:以SQL SERVER 2000为后台数据库,Delphi 7为前台开发工具通过将著名专家发表的图片分类存入数据库,开发皮肤性病专科辅助诊疗系统,与医院HIS做接口。结果:已建立一个标准图库,该系统已在皮肤科门诊使用,运行良好,实现治疗前后患病部位图像实时采集对比,为医生诊治疾病提供辅助功能。结论:该系统为培养皮肤性病专科医生提供良好的平台,并能在实际工作中提高工作效率和诊疗水平。

Objective To design and develop skin venereal disease management and diagnosis system,in order to achieve the dermatology and Venereology specialized patient basic information and image information acquisition,processing,storage and transmission,and the medical staff for providing auxiliary treatment function. Methods The SQL SERVER 2000 database front-end development tool,Delphi 7 as the famous expert published picture classification database,the development of Dermatology and Venereology specialized system of diagnosis and treatment,and HIS interface. Results The result has been the establishment of a standard library,the system has been in a dermatology clinic use,running good,before and after the treatment of diseased parts to realize real-time image contrast,as the doctor disease provide auxiliary function. Conclusion The system for the training of Dermatology and Venereology specialized doctors to provide a good platform,and can increase the efficiency and the level of diagnosis and treatment.
