氟保护漆预防儿童乳牙龋齿的临床效果

The clinical effect of Fluoride varnish in preventing caries of primary teeth

目的:探讨氟保护漆预防儿童乳牙龋齿的临床效果。方法:将我市几所大型幼儿园的600名儿童随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用含氟涂料对牙齿进行保护,对照组进行早晚刷牙、饭后漱口等常规的口腔护理;每六个月使用一次,实验为期2年。在实验前后分别对两组儿童龋齿情况进行检查,准确统计两次检查的患龋率、龋面均和新增龋面均。结果:实验前两组儿童的患龋率和龋面均数据没有明显差异,实验后观察组的患龋率和龋面均数据明显低于对照组,两组差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:氟保护漆对预防儿童乳牙龋齿有明显的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the fluoride varnish in preventing caries of primary teeth clinical effect. Methods Two large kindergarten in 600 children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group used fluoride coatings on dental protection, control group were brushing in the morning and evening, mouthwash after meals and other conventional oral care;used once every six months,the experimental period of 2 years.Before and after the experiment on two groups of children dental caries were inspected,the accurate statistics of the two inspection of the prevalence of caries,caries surface and new caries surface. Results Before the experiment of two groups of children with caries rate and caries surface data did not differ significantly,after the experiment group was observed in the rate of caries and caries surface data are significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） with statistical significance. Conclusion The fluoride varnish on prevention of caries of primary teeth has obvious clinical effect.
