新生儿双侧唇裂26例的局麻手术探讨

Local Anesthetic Surgery for newborns with bilateral cleft lip-with 26 cases

目的:通过总结新生儿双侧唇裂局麻手术的经验,探索双侧唇裂早期手术的可行性、安全性及其优点。方法:在镇静及局麻下对26例双侧唇裂新生儿行修复术,改进手术技巧,术中密切观察患儿生命体征,术后追踪伤口愈合情况。结果:26例患儿手术顺利,伤口愈合佳,外形符合设计要求,家长满意。结论:在术前充分准备和镇静剂的配合下,有相当临床手术经验的医生,完全能够顺利完成双侧唇裂的早期手术,有利患儿的发育及早期功能的恢复,并适应我国的国情,具有可行性。

Objective The present study aimed to summarize the experience of 26 cases of neonatal bilateral cleft lip surgery under local anesthesia and to discuss the feasibility,safety and advantages of early bilateral cleft lip repairs. Methods All cases were treated with sedation and intraoperative local anesthesia. The improved surgical techniques were used in these cases with observation of their vital signs. Results 26 cases of newborns were operated successfully, and were recovered with well-healed cut. The lip shape after repair met the requirements of design and got the Parents, satisfaction. Conclusions With adequate preparations and sedatives before surgery, the doctors with considerable clinical experience are fully capable of successful completion of the early bilateral cleft lip repairs.Early repairs of newborns with cleft lip are helpful in their development,and adapt to situation in China.
