藻酸盐敷料在癌症患者的三期压疮中的应用

Application of alginate dressings in the cancer patients with stage three pressure sores

目的:探讨藻酸盐敷料在癌症患者三期压疮应用疗效。方法:选用2010年6月～2011年12月在本院肿瘤科住院的三期压疮癌症患者,根据住院号双数为实验组采用藻酸盐敷料,住院号单数为对照组采用常规外科换药方式。对两组患者的压疮转归采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果:实验组比对照组压疮疗效显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用藻酸盐敷料比采用常规换药对癌症患者三期压疮疗效好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of alginate dressings in the application of cancer patients with stage three pressure sores. Methods Selected cancer patients with stage three pressure seres in our department from 2010 June to 2011 December. Grouped according to the number of parity in hospital number, the even number of alginate dressings used for the experimental group, the odd conventional surgical dressing for the control group. The two groups of outcomes were statistically analyzed using SPSS 13 statistical software. Results The experimental group than the control group efficacy significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alginate dressings better efficacy than conventional dressing in the treatment of cancer patients with stage three pressure sores.
