超声引导下改良Seldinger PICC置管技术的临床应用效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下改良Seldinger PICC置管技术的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性调查自2009开展的超声引导下改良SeldingerPICC置管的患者144例和同期采用套管针穿刺法置管的患者175例的临床资料。比较两组的出血量、一次穿刺成功率、疼痛评分值、操作时间、局部组织损伤程度、并发症发生率等指标,作统计学分析。结果:实验组的操作时间长于对照组;但出血量、一次穿刺成功率、疼痛评分值、局部组织损伤程度、各类并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:超导下改良Seldinger PICC置管技术是一种安全、实用、准确率高、并发症少、患者痛苦少的置管方法,宜在临床推广使用。
