牙周基础治疗+正畸治疗前牙移位的临床分析

Periodontal therapy and orthodontic treatment of anterior transposition of the clinical analysis

目的:对应用牙周基础治疗与正畸治疗技术联合对患有前牙移位的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取72例前牙移位患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组36例。对照组患者实施牙周基础治疗;治疗组患者在牙周基础治疗基础上实施正畸治疗。结果:治疗组患者前牙移位治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后牙周袋深度、牙槽骨深度、前牙覆盖深度的改善幅度明显大于对照组;不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论:应用牙周基础治疗与正畸治疗技术联合对患有前牙移位的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To periodontal therapy and orthodontic treatment technology combined with anterior transposition of the patients were clinical therapeutic effect analysis. Method Selected 72 cases anterior displacement with a case, which can be divided into control group and treatment group, 36 cases in each group the average. The control group patients periodontal treatment; patients in the treatment group of periodontal therapy on the basis of the implementation of orthodontic treatment. Results The treatment group of patients with anterior transposition for the treatment effect is better than the control group; before and after treatment of periodontal pocket depth, the depth of anterior teeth, alveolar bone covered in depth magnitude of improvement was greater than that in the control group; adverse reactions were fewer than those in control group. Conclusions The application of periodontal basic therapy and orthodontic treatment technology combined with anterior transposition of the patients undergoing treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
