白内障术前应用安尔碘Ⅲ冲洗结膜囊的实践经验

Cataract preoperative application AnEr iodine Ⅲ flushing conjunctival sac practice and experience

目的:了解术前应用安尔碘Ⅲ冲洗结膜囊的方法与效果。方法:2009年3月～2012年7月的1064例患者行安尔碘Ⅲ冲洗结膜囊。结果:没有1例发生感染性眼内炎。结论:提高手术成功率,减少术后感染的发生。

Objective To observe the method and effect of washing conjunctival sac by An Er Dian type Ⅲ. Methods 1064 cases cataract patients from March 2009 to July 2012 were washed conjunctival sac by An Er Dian type Ⅲ. Results No occurrence of intraocular infectionl Conclusion This method advance the successful rate of operation and reduce the occurrence of postoperation infection.
