清热解毒活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病30例疗效观察

The effect of Modified Qingrijieduhuoxue soup combined with NB-UVB on 30 cases of Psoriasis vulgaris

目的:观察清热解毒活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将寻常型银屑病患者60例随机分两组,治疗组30例给于口服清热解毒活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗;对照组30例单用NB-UVB治疗,4周为一个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0410,P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,安全。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB- UVB） in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups ,the treatment group （30cases） was treated with modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup and NB-UVB,the control group （30cases） was treated with NB-UVB alone,one treatment course was 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% for the treatment group and 60.00% for the control group,with a significant difference （P=0.0410,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of modified qingrijieduhuoxue soup and NB-UVB has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
