重建钢板内固定在不稳定肩胛骨骨折中的应用

Reconstruction plate internal fixation in application of unstable scapular fracture

目的:探讨重建钢板内固定在不稳定肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗效果。方法:对9例不稳定肩胛骨骨折,采用切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗。结果:患者术后12-24W随访,均无骨不连接、创伤性关节炎,1例冻结肩。结论:重建钢板内固定在不稳定肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗可获得良好的效果。

objective To discuss reconstruction plate internal fixation in operative treatment of unstable scapular fracture effect. Methods On 9 cases of unstable scapular fracture, treated with open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate. Results In patients with postoperative follow-up of 12-24W is no nonUnion, traumatic arthritis, frozen shoulder. Conclusion With reconstruction plate fixation in operative treatment of unstable scapular fracture can get a good result.
