长效抗菌材料洁悠神治疗青少年腋臭的临床疗效

JUS Long-acting antibacterial material therapy for axillary osmidrosis in adolescents

目的:观察长效抗菌材料洁悠神治疗青少年腋臭的临床效果。方法:我院皮肤科门诊腋臭患者共计80例,年龄9～15岁,用洁悠神长效抗菌材料喷洒腋部,3次/天。连续治疗15天为l疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察治疗15天、30天的疗效及并发症,并进行比较。结果:治疗15天总有效率为62.5%,治疗30天总有效率为80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),30天疗效优于15天。治疗过程中所有患儿均未出现不良反应。结论:长效抗菌材料洁悠神治疗青少年腋部臭汗症具有安全、快捷、有效的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of long-acting antibacteriar material JUS in axillary osmidrosis in adolescents. Methods 80 axillary osmidrosis patients, aged from 9 to 15,applied the long-acting antibacterial material JUS with three times a day continuously for 30 days. Results After 15 days of treatment,the effective rate was 62.5%. After 30 days of treatment, the effective rate was 80%, the therapeutic effect of 30 clays of treatment was significantly better than that of 15 clays of treatment. Conclusions The long-acting antibacterial material JUS is a safe, fast, cosmetic, and effective method in treating axillary osmidrosis in adolescents.
