目的:探讨门诊手足口病的感染控制方法。方法:加强预检分诊工作,严格执行消毒隔离措施,加强健康宣教,确诊病例及时上报等措施。结果:治疗期间无一例医院感染发生。结论:通过预检分诊、消毒隔离、加强健康宣教等措施,对门诊手足口病的交叉感染起到关键的性的作用。
