摘要 目的:探讨应用保留骨膜保护肋间神经法镍钛合金环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析31例保留骨膜保护肋间神经法镍钛合金环抱器治疗多法肋骨骨折的临床资料。结果:31例患者术后胸痛显著减轻,胸壁稳定,呼吸功能恢复,胸廓无明显塌陷畸形,复查胸部X线示内固定牢固,肋骨骨折端骨性愈合。结论:应用保留骨膜保护肋间神经法镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗多发肋骨骨折具有创伤小、操作简便、手术时间短、固定可靠、组织相容性好以及并发症少等优点,是治疗多发肋骨骨折安全可靠的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the nitinol embracing fixator combined with reserving periosteum and protecting intercostals nerve for the treatment of multiple rib fractures. Method Retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of nitionl embracing fixator combined with reserving periosteum and protecting intercostals nerve for the treatment of 31 cases with multiple rib fractures. Results After surgery the chest pain of 31 cases patients reduced significantly, the chest wall was stability, and the thorax had no significant collapse deformity. Review of the chest X-ray showed the internal fixation was firm, and the rib fracture healed. Conclusions The application of the nitinol embracing fixator combined with reserving periosteum and protecting intercostal nerve for the multiple rib fractures treatment had the advantages of less trauma, easier operation, shorter operation time, reliable fixation, better histocompatibility and less complications. It was a safe and reliable method for the treatment of multiple rib fractures.
