储存时间对消毒后复用呼吸机管道质量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:消毒后呼吸机管道储存时间对控制呼吸机相关性肺炎有重要意义,但目前就呼吸机管道消毒后的保存时间尚无统一规范,为此,对消毒后呼吸管道的储存时间进行了研究。方法:将消毒后单独包装的备用呼吸机管道共240套,分成2组,每组120份。分别在霉雨潮湿季节(3~5月份),和秋冬干燥季节(10~12月份)进行保存,保存环境卫生质量符合Ⅱ类环境要求。第1~5天,隔天一次取样进行检验,第6~12天,每天取样进行检验。结果:霉雨潮湿季节第8天合格率为75.00%,至12天合格率为16.60%;秋冬干燥季节第10天合格率为83.33%,至12天合格率为66.67%。结论:呼吸机管道消毒后储存时间,霉雨潮湿季节最长不超过7天;秋冬干燥季节最长不超过9天。 Objective The quality of sterile pipe line of ventilator is important for decreasing incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia.This study is going to identify the expiration date of sterile pipe line of ventilator in different environment. Methods 60 sterile pipe lines of ventilator were divided into 2 groups averagely. One group storages in wet environment (WE Group) and another group storages in dry environment (DE Group). The quality of sterile pipe line of ventilator was checked from day 1 to day 12. Results Quality pass rate in WE Group was 75.00% in day 8 and 16.60% in day 12. Quality pass rate in DE Group was 83.33% in day 10 and 66.67% in day 12. Conclusion Wet environment decreases sterile pipe line of ventilator significantly. The expiration date was 7 day in wet environment and 9 day in dry environment.
