目的:总结手部深度烧伤患者行腹部皮瓣转移术后应用VSD技术过程中出现并发症的原因和护理对策。方法:对我科30例手部深度烧伤患者中发生术后VSD并发症的7例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:经过相应处理后,均正常使用至二次手术断蒂前,治疗护理效果满意。结论:VSD技术在修复手部深度烧伤创面应用中通过规范操作和采取有效的护理后能减少并发症的发生,保证其正常应用,提高手术成功率。

Objective Summary of the deeply burned hands underwent abdominal flap complications in the postoperative VSD technology causes and Nursing. Method The occurrence of postoperative the VSD complications in 7 .patients in our department 30 cases of hand deep burn patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results After appropriate treatment,the normal use of the second surgery pedicle, the satisfactory results of treatment and care. Conclusion VSD technology in the repair of hand deep burn wounds application through standardized operation and to take effective care responses to reduce the incidence of complications and ensure their normal applications, to improve the success rate of surgery.
