正畸矫治时的心理护理对疼痛程度影响的调查分析

目的:探讨正畸矫治过程中的心理护理对疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择2008～2010年来我院正畸门诊就诊的50例正畸患者,初次戴上直丝弓矫治器,观察5天内的正畸疼痛程度的变化情况;在第二次复诊加力之前,对50例患者逐一进行心理护理,等量加力之后,观察其5天内的正畸疼痛程度的变化情况。调查两次患者在治疗中对疼痛的耐受情况及对治疗的接受、配合情况。结果:两次治疗后相比,心理护理干预后正畸疼痛程度(自发痛、咀嚼痛)明显低于初次(未做心理护理),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);50例患者初次发生疼痛的分值比较男女性别之差对疼痛耐受力的分值比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:对正畸治疗患者,治疗时进行心理护理可提高患者在治疗中对疼痛的耐受力,减轻患者在治疗中的痛苦,确保治疗过程顺利进行。

Objective To investigate the influence of mental nursing on the pain degree during the orthodontic treatment. Methods 50 orthodontic patients who visited our department for orthodontic treatment from the year 2008 to 2010 were chosen. The change of pain degree was observed for the first 5 days right after straight wire apptiance was ptaeed. Then psychological nursing was applied to all patients individually before the secend visit for orthodontic treatment. The change of pain level was observed for the following 5 days after the equal magnitude of force was applied to all 50 patients. The compliance and coorperation of patients during the two orthodontic visits were assessed, Results To compare the pain level including spontaneous pain and chew pain occurred to 50 patients between two orthodontic visits, it was significantly lower when mental nursing was applied than that of the first visit （without mental nursing） and the difference was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Whilieas no difference between the pain suffered by male and female pateints was obseved after the first orthodontic visit. Conclusions Psychological nursing could alleviate the pain suffering of orthodontic patients then help for the successful cooperation for treatment.
