舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复中的应用

Comfortable nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation and postoperative rehabilitation training application

目的:探讨舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复锻炼中的应用效果。方法:将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者功能锻炼方法掌握程度以及患者满意度,应用SF-36健康简明调查量表评价两组患者术前和术后6个月SF-36评分有无差异。结果:观察组患者康复锻炼方法掌握程度患者的满意度明显优于对照组。结论:舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复锻炼中的有效应用,也提高了护理工作质量及患者满意度。

Objective Study on comfortable nursing care for postoperative patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral application effect of rehabilitation exercises. Methods 62 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients randomly assigned to the control group and observer group,compared two groups of patients with functional exercise mastery, and patient satisfaction,concise survey of SF-36 health scale for evaluation of two groups of patients before and after surgery 6 months x score there is no difference. Results Of group methods of rehabilitation exercise in patients with master degree of patient satisfaction significantly better than the control group. ConcLusions comfort nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation in postoperative rehabilitation exercises effective application, but also to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
