剖宫产术后实施护理干预对母乳喂养的影响

The impact of nursing intervention after cesarean section on breast feeding

目的:为了提高剖宫产术后乳汁分泌量及母乳喂养率。方法:将我院2010年剖宫产的产妇90例随机分成干预组和对照组,由责任护士针对性地进行护理干预,采用术前健康教育,心理疏导,喂养技巧的指导,饮食、乳房护理等,观察两组母乳喂养的情况。结果:干预组乳汁充足率86.7%,纯母乳喂养率91.1%,高于对照组。结论:综合性护理干预能提高剖宫产纯母乳喂养。

Objective It is to improve the breast milk secretion and breast feedingrate after cesarean section. Method 90 lying-in women with cesarean section in 2010 in our hospital are randomly divided into intervention group and control group and are carried nursing interventions by nurse on duty such as preoperative health education,psychological counseling,guidanceof feeding skills,diet and breast care and so on, and breast feeding of two group is observed. Result Milk adequacy ratio of intervention group is 86.7%, and pure breast feeding ＇rate is 91.1%,higher than that of control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the pure breast feeding rate after cesarean section.
