Study progress of the age-related macular degeneration

老年性黄斑变性是发达国家老年人主要致盲原因之一。黄斑变性的发病与年龄、遗传、营养、疾病有关。黄斑变性临床上分为干性和湿性两种,本文对其临床表现进行了介绍,根据病情可以选择激光、经瞳孔温热疗法、光动力疗法、药物等方法治疗,以便社区医生在临床中参考。

Elderly macular degeneration is one of the blind causes for the elderly in the developed countries. Pathogenesis of macular degeneration are related to the age, hereditary, nutrition, and diseases. Macular degeneration is divided into tow types clinically, dry and wet ones. According to the clinical manifestation, the following therapies of laser transpupillary thermotherapy, photodynamic therapy, or drug therapy can be chosen, which are convenient for the community doctors＇ reference.
