大黄硝石汤对湿热黄疸大鼠的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:考察大黄硝石汤对湿热黄疸大鼠模型的药效作用。方法:采用α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)诱导大鼠肝损伤与施加湿热环境复制中医湿热黄疸证候大鼠模型。预防性给予大黄硝石汤,通过检测给药后不同恢复期大鼠相关生理生化指标,对大黄硝石汤药效作用进行评价。结果:造模后24h、96h,与模型组相比,大黄硝石汤组(2.02g生药/kg)血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性及血清总胆红素水平明显降低。大黄硝石汤亦可降低造模后引起的体温升高,改善异常的肝脾指数等。结论:大黄硝石汤能够降低湿热黄疸大鼠模型血清酶活性、血清总胆红素水平,降低肝脾指数比等,使异常的生理生化指标趋于正常,具有较好的保肝利胆退黄作用。 Objective: To study the potency of dahuang xiaoshi tang on rat jaundice model with damp-heat pathogen. Methods: According to the syndrome of jaundice with damp-heat pathogen in Traditional Chinese Medicine, to duplicate rat jaundice model by et-naphthyl isothiocyanate (AN/T) -induced liver injury and damp-heat environment. To determine relevant physiological and biochemical indicator in different convalescent period after administered dahuang xiaoshi tang, whose potency was evaluated. Results: Dahuang xiaoshi tang could decrease sero-enzyme activity and serum total bilirubin level of rat jaundice model significantly in the convalescent period of 24h and 96h after administration. Dahuang xiaoshi tang could also reduce hyperthermia and ameliorate the abnormal index of liver and spleen. Cohclusion: Dabuang xiaoshi tang could help to recover the abnormal physiological and biochemical indicators of rat jaundice model to normality, which displayed the effect of curing jaundice.
