鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢大鼠学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of biochanin A on learning and memory in ovariectomized rats

摘要 目的:观察鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢大鼠雌激素水平及学习记忆功能的影响。方法:摘除Wistar大鼠双侧卵巢造模,鹰嘴豆芽素A(5、20 mg/kg)灌胃给药,实验过程监测体重,12周后通过放射免疫计数法测定血清中雌激素水平,Morris水迷宫观察鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果:鹰嘴豆芽素A在5~20 mg/kg剂量范围内均能显著提高去卵巢大鼠体内雌激素水平,增强大鼠的学习记忆能力。结论:鹰嘴豆芽素A对去卵巢导致的大鼠学习和记忆能力下降有改善作用,其机制可能与其提高去卵巢大鼠的雌激素水平有关。 Objective:To observe the effects of biochanin A on learning and memory of ovariectomized rats and look for a new drug instead of estradiol to prevent or treat neuro-degenerative diseases after menopause.Method:A total of 48 six-month-old female rats were randomly assigned to a sham-operated group and five ovariectomized(OVX) groups.The level of estrogen was detected by count radioimmunoassay method in ovariectomized rats.The change of the spatial learning and memory function,and the improving effect of Biochanin A in adult OVX rats were observed through Morris water maze.Result:Biochanin A could significantly enhanced estrogen level and antagonize the decrease of spatial learning and memory induced by OVX.Conclusion:Biochanin A could significantly improve memory dysfunction due to lower estrogen levels in rats.
