藤茶复方体内外抗肿瘤实验研究

Studies on the anti-tumor effect of Ampelopsis grossedentata compound in vivo and vitro

目的 :观察藤茶复方在体内外对肿瘤的影响作用。方法:采用U14实体瘤、H22腹水瘤模型观察藤茶复方体内抗肿瘤作用。应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法研究藤茶复方对肿瘤细胞体外增殖的影响。结果:藤茶复方对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7有较强的体外增殖抑制作用,且剂量依赖性明显,抑制率随着药物浓度增大而增大,72h半数抑制浓度IC50为37.34μg/ml;藤茶复方能抑制U14实体瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,抑制率为36.08%;能延长H22腹水瘤小鼠生存时间,生命延长率为51.2%,与模型对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:藤茶复方在体外对人乳腺癌MCF-7有明显的抑制作用;在体内对U14肿瘤、H22腹水瘤的生长均有一定的抑制作用。

Objective：To observe anti-tumor effect of Ampelopsis grossedentata compound in vivo and in vitro.Methods：U14 solid tumor and H22 ascites tumor bearing mice model were adopted to observe the effect of Ampelopsis grossedentata compound inhibiting tumor growth in vivo.Applying four methyl azo thiazole blue（MTT） method to study Ampelopsis grossedentata compound on tumor cells proliferation in vitro.Results：Ampelopsis grossedentata compound were strong inhibition in vitro proliferation of human breast cancer cells MCF-7 was dose dependent,Inhibition rate as drug concentration increases the lattar.they were IC50 of 72h for 37.34μg/ml;Ampelopsis grossedentata compound could inhibiting tumor growth of U14 solid tumor bearing mice,inhibition rate was 36.08%;Ampelopsis grossedentata compound could prolong the survival time of H22 ascites tumor bearing mice,life extension rate was 51.2%,and compared with model control group there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ampelopsis grossedentata compound has certain anti tumor effection in vivo and in vitro.
