稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病室性心律失常的疗效观察

The observation of tetacentre grain joint amiodarone treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmia curative effect

目的:评价稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择冠心病合并室性心律失常患者116例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各58例。在常规治疗基础上,停用目前服用的抗心律失常药物1周,对照组给予胺碘酮口服,每次200mg,每日3次,1周后逐渐减量至维持量每次200mg,每日1次;治疗组在对照组的治疗方案基础上加用稳心颗粒口服,每次9g,每日3次。两组均以4周为1疗程,比较两组病人在治疗前后临床症状,室性早搏或室速次数及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率91.4%;对照组总有效率72.4%。两组比较有显著差异(p<0.05)。而在不良反应方面两组无显著差异。结论:稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常有较好的疗效和安全性。

Objective：to evaluate the metacentric granule in treating coronary heart disease combined ventricular arrhythmia clinical curative effect and security.Methods：choose coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia,116 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of each 58 cases.In the conventional treatment on the basis of,discontinuation of the present use anti-arrhythmic drugs for one week,control group give amiodarone oral,every time 200 mg,3 times a day,one week after reducing gradually to maintain quantity each time 200 mg once a day,The treatment group in the control group based on the treatment and use metacentre grain oral,9 g each time,3 times a day.Two groups are in 4 weeks for one period of treatment,and compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,ventricular premature beat or chamber speed frequency and adverse reaction of situation.Results：treatment group total effectiveness 91.4%,The comparison group total effectiveness 72.4%.There were significant differences between the two groups（p0.05）.And in adverse reaction in two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion：metacentric granule in treating coronary heart disease combined ventricular arrhythmia has good efficacy and safety.
