芪药消渴胶囊对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的保护作用

The protective effect of Qiyao Xiaoke Capusles on diabetic nephropathy model in rats

目的:观察芪药消渴胶囊对实验性糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠一次性腹腔注射60 mg/kg链脲佐菌素制造糖尿病肾病模型,芪药消渴胶囊组2.4、1.2、0.6g/kg灌胃给药治疗12 W后,大鼠眼球后静脉取血,检测血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)。治疗结束后,颈总动脉取血检测血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA),糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)。结果:DN模型大鼠给药前造模动物血肌酐显著升高,灌胃12 W后芪药消渴胶囊均能不同程度降低血肌酐;DN模型大鼠给药前血尿素氮水平未见升高,但给药12 W后较对照组均升高,芪药消渴胶囊均能不同程度降低血尿素氮,灌胃给药12 W芪药消渴胶囊各剂量组均能不同程度抑制DN模型大鼠MDA、HbAlc的增加和SOD的降低。结论:芪药消渴胶囊可改善糖尿病大鼠肾功能,对肾功能损伤有一定的治疗作用。

Objective：Exploring the protective function of Qiyao Xiaoke Capsules on experimental diabetic nephropathy（DN） rats.Methods：Rat model of diabetes mellitus was established by intraperitoneal one-time injection of streptozocin（STZ） manufacturing diabetic nephropathy model into SD rats,stilbene medicine to quench capsule group 2.4,1.2,0.6 g/kg to drug lavage treatment of 12 W.After model establishment,taking blood from the rat eyes behind the vein place,separating serum detection serum creatinine（SCr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）.After treatment,the common carotid artery take blood,separating serum detection serum creatinine（SCr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,glycated hemoglobin（HbAlc）.Results：Experimental group＇s（DN model rats） serum creatinine have remarkably improved before injecting drug after intragastric administration 12W,Qiyao Xiaoke Capsules can reduce the degree of serum creatinine Contents of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine were both normal,and there were not significantly different among groups but after injecting medicine 12 W the control group were increased,Qiyao Xiaoke Capsules can lower blood urea nitrogen in different degree can inhibition DN model rats.Conclusion：Qiyao Xiaoke Capsules can improve diabetes rat renal function,which works on impairment of kidney.
