刺老苞胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on Aralia echinocauIis Hand. Mazz Capsula in knee joint of osteoarthritis

目的:观察刺老苞胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 :将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予刺老苞胶囊(1次2粒,刺老苞总提物为200～300mg/粒,每日2次)治疗,对照组给予芬必得(1次2粒,200mg/粒,每日2次)治疗。比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能评分,观察主要症状缓解情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为66.67%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:刺老苞胶囊治疗骨性关节炎有一定的疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz Capsula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method：Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group received Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz Capsula（1 capsule each time,200～300mg/each capsule,2 times daily）,the control group received Finbid（2 capsules each time,200 mg/each capsule,2 times daily）,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Result：The treatment group＇s effective rate was 66.67%,the control group rate was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,Comparing the pain relief time after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz Capsula in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis shows good efficacy,joint pain can be shortened.
