HPLC法测定复方红景天口含片中二苯乙烯苷的含量

Content Determination of Stilbene Glycoside in Compound Herba Rhodiolae Buccal Tablets with HPLC

目的:建立复方红景天口含片中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈∶水(15∶85),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:320 nm。结果:二苯乙烯苷在0.162～1.944μg范围内与吸收峰峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 3;平均加样回收率为100.34%,RSD为1.75%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确、重现性好,可用于复方红景天口含片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for content determination of stilbene glycoside in compound herba rhodiolae buccal tablets.Method： Chromatographic column： Agilent TC-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase： acetonitrile： water（15： 85）,the flow rate： 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 320nm.Result： Stilbene glycoside shows a good linear relationship in the range of 0.162-1.944 μg and integral value of absorption peak area,r=0.999 3;the mean recovery was 100.34%,RSD=1.75%（n=9）.Conclusion： The method,simple,rapid,accurate with good repeatability,can be used for quality control of compound herba rhodiolae buccal tablets.
