健康教育路径在MED微创治疗中的应用

Application of Health Education Pathway to Minimally Invasive Treatment with MED

目的:探讨健康教育路径对后路椎间盘镜(MED)手术患者的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组采用传统的方法进行健康教育,试验组应用临床路径对患者实施健康教育。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者健康教育掌握率、遵医行为、护理质量满意度明显提高、术后并发症发生率降低,患者住院天数缩短,住院费用下降(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径可降低医疗费用,提高患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷,提高护理质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective： To explore the effects of health education pathway on patients with MED surgery.Method： All one hundred patients were randomized into control group and experiment group.Control group received health education in traditional ways and experiment group were given with health education in clinical pathway.Result： Compared with control group,the awareness rate and medical compliance of patients in experiment group,satisfactory degree of nursing quality improved obviously,the incidence of postoperative complication decreased,the hospital stay shortened and medical costs lowered（P0.05）.Conclusion： Health education pathway can decrease medical cost,raise the patients＇ satisfactory degree,lower the incidence of medical dispute,improve the nursing quality and reduce the incidence of complication.
