两种肠道准备制剂在电子结肠镜检查中的应用及护理

Application of Two Kinds of Bowel Preparations to Electronic Colonoscopy and the Nursing

目的:比较口服健胃清肠合剂和大承气汤在结肠镜检查中的清洁效果和不良反应。方法:选择2011年6～12月180例电子结肠镜检查的患者,按照完全随机对照法分为2组,观察组口服健胃清肠合剂,对照组口服大承气汤。结果:2组均能达到肠道准备清洁标准,组间比较无明显差异;2组不良反应及耐受度比较差异明显,大承气汤口感较差,易引起恶心、呕吐、腹胀,患者耐受性差。结论:健胃清肠合剂在结肠镜检查中的清洁度高,患者耐受度好,易推广使用。

Objective： To compare the cleaning effects and side effects of oral JianWei QingChang mixture and DaChengQiTang in electronic colonoscopy.Method： All 180 patients receiving the exam from June,2011 to December,2011 were divided into two groups randomly with complete randomized controlled method.Observation group took JianWei QingChang mixture and control group received DaChengQiTang.Result： Both groups could meet the cleaning standards of bowel preparation and there was no significant difference between both groups;comparisons of both groups showed remarkable difference in adverse reaction and tolerance level.The flavor DaChengQiTang should be enhanced and it can easily cause nausea,vomiting and abdominal distention,which had been poor tolerated.Conclusion： JianWei QingChang mixture is well tolerated with high cleanness in electronic colonoscopy.
