血管性血友病因子在狼疮性肾炎患者肾组织及血浆中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of the von willebrand factor in renal tissue and plasma of patients with lupus nephritis

目的探讨血管性血友病因子(vWF)与狼疮性肾炎(LN)的病理及临床的关系和意义。方法应用免疫组化法及ELISA法检测42例LN患者及10例对照组肾活检组织中和血浆中vWF的含量,并运用单因素方差分析及Pearson相关分析与临床病理指标进行综合分析。结果免疫组化法及ELISA法检测LN患者肾组织及血浆中vWF的表达高于正常对照组(P<0.01),以Ⅳ型最显著(P<0.01),LN患者血浆中vWF的表达水平与SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r=0.321,P<0.05)。vWF在肾组织与血浆中的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.658,P<0.01)。结论 vWF是反映LN血管内皮损伤的重要指标之一,参与LN血管病变的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the clinieopathological significance of von willebrand factor（vWF） expression in lupus nephritis （LN）. Methods Immunohistochemistry and ELISA were used to detect vWF expression in renal tissue and plasma of 42 cases with LN and 10 cases in the normal control group. Results Detected by immunohis- tochemistry and ELISA, compared with the normal control group, vWF expressed significantly in LN group （P 〈 0. 01）. Results compared with the ll-type, m-type and V-type of LN, the situ expression in renal tissue and plasma especially in IV-type of LN（ P 〈 0.01 ） , while no difference was among the ~ -type, Ill-type and V-type of LN. Correlation analysis indicated that vWF in plasma was in significant correlation with SLEDAI points （r = 0. 321 ,P 〈 O. 05 ）, the expression of vWF in renal tissue was correlated significantly with plasma （ r = 0. 658, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion vWF is an important indicator of vascular endothelial injury and participates in the develop- ment and pathogenesis of vascular diseases in LN.
