单侧后牙反牙合患者的牙合接触特征分析

The study of occlusal contacts in patients with unilateral posterior crossbite

目的研究单侧后牙反牙合(UPCB)患者牙合接触特征并且探讨其与生理牙合之间的差异。方法应用T-ScanⅢ咬合分析系统记录22例单侧后牙反牙合患者(实验组)牙尖交错位,前伸及侧方牙合的咬合接触数据并与22例正常牙合者(对照组)的记录结果做对照。结果实验组牙合力中心点距中线的距离、闭合时间、前伸及侧方牙合分离时间均大于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的早接触牙合干扰出现率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单侧后牙反牙合患者的牙合接触特征与正常牙合者相比有明显差异,提示牙合力中心、闭合时间与牙合分离时间可以作为单侧后牙反牙合矫治的理论基础和治疗效果的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the characters of ocelusal contacts in patients with unilateral posterior cross- bite（UPCB） and compare it with normal occlusion. Methods The data of occlusal contacts of 22 UPCB and 22 controls were recorded with T-Scan Ill system during intercuspal position, protrusive movement and lateral move- ment, and compared with normal occlusion. Results The occlusion time, disclusion time and the distance between center line and center of occlusal force of UPCB group were longer than those in the control group and there were significant differences between them, the occurrence rate of premature contact and occlusal interference in patients was higher than normal occlusion. Conclusion There were significant differences between the characteristics of occlusal contacts in patients with UPCB and those with normal occlusion. The center of occlusal force, occlusion time and disclusion time could be taken as theoretical basis for correction and reference for therapeutic effect.
