声辐射力脉冲成像技术定量评估肢体良性神经鞘瘤弹性 被引量:1

Acoustic radiation force impulse elastography for evaluating tissue elasticity of benign schwannoma in extremities

摘要 回顾性分析行超声检查并经术后病理证实的9例肢体良性神经鞘瘤声像图特征及瘤体感兴趣区(ROI)内的横向剪切波速度(SWV)。二维灰阶超声显示瘤体长径(24.20±6.54)mm、短径(14.00±3.61)mm,瘤体长径大于短径(P<0.05);瘤体周围载瘤神经超声检出率77.78%;声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术测量神经鞘瘤、肌肉组织及脂肪组织的SWV分别为(2.36±0.59)、(1.39±0.42)、(1.69±0.54)m/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步组间两两比较SWV超声测值:神经鞘瘤>脂肪组织>肌肉组织(P<0.01,P<0.05)。 9 cases with schwannoma in the extremity were examined by uhrasonography. Sonographic imagings fo- cused on the difference of ROI in VTQ values were performed retrospectively among the lesions, muscle tissues, and adipose tissues adjacent to the lesion. The longitudinal diameter of lesions was significantly greater than that of the transverse diameter, at (24. 20 -+ 6.54) mm and ( 14. 00 + 3.61 ) ram, respectively. The detectable rate of continuity with a nerve by uhrasonography was 77.78%. The SWV values (m/s) were: 2.36 ±0. 59 in lesions, 1.39±0.42 in muscle tissues, and 1.69 ±0.54 in adipose tissues respectively(P 〈0.05). Significant differences regarding SWV were observed among the lesions, muscle tissues and adipose tlssues(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05).
