大脑运动区浅静脉组的分型与临床意义 被引量:2

The classification and clinical significance of the superficial vein group in the motor cortex region

摘要 目的探讨正常成人大脑运动区浅静脉的分布和分型。方法分析43侧正常成人数字减影血管造影(DSA)片资料,观测运动区大脑浅静脉的形态、分布及分型。结果中央静脉及中央前静脉是大脑运动区的主要浅静脉,但并不是所有的都发育良好和规则。中央前静脉缺如率11.6%。Trolard静脉又称为上吻合静脉,常参与组成运动区静脉。运动区静脉组可分为平行型、人字型、多干型和单干型四种类型。结论运动区大脑浅静脉变异较大,术前应对其进行评估,合理设计手术入路,术中避免损伤中央静脉和脑功能区皮质。 Objective To observe the distribution and type of the superficial veins in the motor cortex region of normal adult brain.Methods Data of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) of 43 sides from 30 normal adults were retrocpectively analyzed in terms of the type,distribution and morphology of the superficial veins in the motor cortex region.Results The precentral vein and central vein were the main superficial veins in the motor cortex region,which were not all well-developed.The absence rate of the precentre vein was 11.6%.The Trolard vein,as a superior anastomotic vein,was a part of the veins in the motor cortex region.The vein group of motor cortex region was divided into four types of parallel type,herringbone type,poly-trunk type and single trunk type.Conclusion The superficial veins in the motor cortex region are anatomically variable.The surgeons should pay attention to sufficiently evaluating the distribution and type of the superficial veins and their relationship with the lesions,selecting proper surgical approach before operation to avoid any damage to the cerebral central vein and motor cortex.
