子宫内膜增生组织中Cath-D、PCNA、ER和PR的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在不同类型子宫内膜增生组织中的表达。方法 60例子宫内膜增生患者分为不典型增生(16例,AH组)、复杂性增生(18例,CH组)和单纯性增生(26例,SH组);另选取20例正常的增殖期子宫内膜作为对照组。用免疫组化法检测增生子宫内膜组织Cath-D、PCNA、ER和PR的阳性表达率。结果四组ER的阳性表达率相仿(P>0.05)。AH组、CH组增生子宫内膜组织中的PR表达均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);AH组和CH组的Cath-D和PCNA的阳性表达率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);SH组、CH组、AH组细胞核中Cath-D、PCNA的阳性表达率逐级递增,而PR的表达水平逐渐减弱。结论检测子宫内膜增生组织中Cath-D、PCNA、PR的表达水平有助于评估子宫内膜增生的预后,指导临床治疗。 Objective To study the expressions of cathepsin D(Cath-D),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in different types of endometrial hyperplasia.Methods The positive expressions of Cath-D,PCNA,ER and PR in endometrial tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 16 cases with atypical hyperplasia(AH),18 cases with complex hyperplasia(CH),26 cases with simple hyperplasia(SH),and 20 cases with normal endometrial proliferation(NC).Results The positive expression rates of ER of four groups were similar(P0.05).The expression of PR in groups of AH and CH was lower than that in group C(P0.05).The expressions of Cath-D and PCNA in groups of AH and CH were higher than those in group C(P0.01).The expressions of Cath-D and PCNA were in an order of SHCHAH,which of PR were in an order of SHCHAH.Conclusion Detecting the expressions of Cath-D,PCNA and PR in endometrial hyperplasia tissues is helpful in evaluating the prognosis and guiding treatment in the patients with endometrial hyperplasia.
