后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术88例分析 被引量:4

摘要 近十年来,腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科领域得到广泛应用,输尿管上段结石有多种微创治疗方法,包括体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)、微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)、输尿管镜下碎石术(URL)和后腹腔镜下输尿管上段切开取石术(RLU)。后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术具有微创,术中出血少,痛苦小,结石清除率高,术后恢复快等优点。2009年1月一2011年1月,我科采用后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管上段结石88例,取得良好疗效,现报道如下。
