NB-UVB联合他卡西醇和卤米松治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察 被引量:10

Curative effect observation of Narrow-spectrum Midwave Ultra-violet Phototherapy Combined with Tacalcitol and Sicorten on Psoriasis Vulgaris

摘要 目的 评价窄谱中波紫外线联合他卡西醇和卤米松局部外用治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法 获得随访的96例患者随机分成2组,42例予窄谱中波紫外线联合他卡西醇和卤米松局部外用作为实验组,并选择同期54例单纯使用窄谱中波紫外线照射者作为对照组,比较两组患者治疗2周、4周和8周后的临床疗效。结果 治疗2周时两组的PASI评分差异不显著(P>0.05),但治疗4周和8周时PASI评分差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组8周后有效率达85.70%,明显高于对照组(64.80%,P<0.05),且不良反应发生率低。结论 窄谱中波紫外线联合他卡西醇和卤米松局部外用治疗寻常性银屑病疗效确切,安全性好。 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of narrow-spectrum midwave ultra-violet (NB-UVB) combinedwith tacalcitol and sicorten on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Ninety-six cases of follow-up visit were fraction- ated into two groups randomly. Forty-two cases in the experimental group were treated by NB-UVB radiation plus tacalcitol and sicorten , and 54 cases in the control group were treated by NB-UVB radiation alone . The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated after 2,4,8 weeks' treatment. Results After two weeks of treat- ment there was no significant difference between the two groups of PASI score ( P 〉 0.05 ), but after 4 weeks and 8 weeks, it was significantly (P 〈 0.05). After 8 weeks treatment, the effective rate was 85.70% which was, significantly higher than that of control group (64.80%), and the incidence of adverse reactions was low. Conclusion The combination of NB-UVB phototherapy with tacalcitol and sicorten is a safe and effec- tive method for treating psoriasis vulgaris.
