摘要
1937年,全面抗战爆发后,西南交通的重要性进一步凸显。为尽可能组织和动员有限交通重要性运输资源满足战事需求,国民政府设置了若干有关西南公路的战时交通运输管理机构。但由于诸多原因,其运输管理机构一直处于变动状态,给当时的战时西南交通运输造成了一定的影响,但这种不健全的运输管理体制也是抗战时期非常背景下国民政府的一种无奈选择。
After the outbreak of Sino-Japanese War in 1937, the traffic status of Southwest China tended to be even more significant. The National Government set up a series of wartime traffic management agencies on the Southwest Highway to meet war needs with limited transportation facilities. However, due to various reasons, the transportation management agencies have been in a state of flux, which exerted certain impact on the wartime transportation of the Southwest. This imperfect transport management system was a helpless choice of the National Govemment during the Anti-Japanese War.
