摘要
本文以河北省为例详细研究了区域特质与创新模式的动态关系,以及提升创新能力的路径。首先分析了影响区域创新能力的三要素即核心因素、紧密因素和相关因素以及在区域创新体系中的功能;接着详述了地理位置、资源禀赋、产业结构、文化传统等与区域创新能力的关系,认为区域特质决定区域创新模式,并总结了我国区域创新的四种模式;最后提出了提升区域创新能力的主要路径。
This paper, based on an analysis of Hebei Province, makes a detailed study of the dynamic relationship between regional characteristics and innovative modes, and the routes to upgrade the innovative capability. First of all, it analyzes the three elements of core element, critical element and relevant element which affect regional innovative capability, as well as their functions in regional innovative system, secondly, it expounds the correlations between regional innovative capability, and geographical location, resource endowment, industrial structure, culture tradition, etc. Thirdly, it comes to the conclusion that regional characteristics determines regional innovative modes, and summarizes China＇s regional innovation into four modes. Lastly, it puts forward main routes to upgrade regional innovative capability.
