摘要
从人口统计属性异质性的视角探讨了团队异质性对团队任务绩效影响的作用机制,通过行为实验设计收集数据,依据温忠麟等的统计步骤分析了有中介的调节效应,得到如下结果:(1)团队异质性程度和异质性结构都会对团队任务绩效产生显著影响;(2)对待异质性态度在团队异质性程度与异质性结构和团队任务绩效之间起调节作用,调节作用需要通过信息分享作为中介变量。
The study explored the underlying mechanism of how team heterogeneity exerts its influences on team task-related performance from the perspective of the demographic characteristics heterogeneity. The author collected data by behavior experimental approach and followed Wen, Zhang and Hou's method (2006) to test a mediated moderation model. The findings are as following: Firstly, the degree and structure of heterogeneity both have significant effect on team task-related performance. Secondly, hierarchical regression analysis indicates that this effect is moderated by the attitude towards heterogeneity and information elaboration conveys the effect of team heterogeneity, and the attitude towards heterogeneity and their interaction on team task-related performance. Through unpacking the black box of underlying mechanism team heterogeneity influencing team task-related performance, the present study helps explain the contradictory conclusions about team heterogeneity.
