摘要
国以农为本,农以种为先。农作物种业是国家战略性核心产业,是农业长期发展的根本,是保障国家粮食安全和主要农产品供给的基础。本文通过对中国种子产业发展历程以及存在问题的梳理,从粮食安全的视角分析了促进我国种子产业发展的对策。
The agriculture is the foundation for the country while the seed is the most important factor for the agriculture. Crop seed industry is the national strategic industry. It is also the foundation of long-term development for agriculture, and the basis for ensuring food security and the supply of agricultural products. Through analyzing the developmental history and problems of Chinese seeds industry, this paper discussed the countermeasures on stimulating its development from the perspective of food security.
