摘要
利用吐温-80对双酚A荧光强度的增敏作用,提出一种测定塑料制品中双酚A的同步荧光检测新技术。在0.05 mol/L HCl介质条件下,吐温-80体积浓度为0.016%时,固定波长差为20 nm进行荧光光度同步扫描,双酚A的最大同步荧光峰为279 nm。在2.0~100.0μg/L范围内双酚A浓度与同步荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5,相对标准偏差为0.37%,检测限为0.58μg/L。该方法用于塑料制品中双酚A的测定,回收率为95.3%~107.8%。
Based on the fluorescence enhancement of Tween-80 to Bisphenol A(BPA),a new way of synchronous-fluorescence analysis for BPA is presented in this paper.On the condition of 0.05 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.016% tween-80(volume concentration),by fixing the wavelength interval as 20 nm,the synchronous fluorescence scanning for BPA is performed to get the maximum peak at 279 nm.The concentration of BPA is linear with the intensity of synchronous fluorescence in the concentration range of 2.0-100.0 μg/L,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 5.The relative standard deviation is 0.37%,and the detection limit is 0.58 μg/L.It has been successfully applied to the determination of BPA in plastics with the recovery range of 95.3%~107.8%.
