摘要
美国国家教师教育认证委员会、优质教师鉴定委员会和国家专业教学标准委员会分别研制了职前、入职和在职母语教师专业标准,它们一起建构了完善的母语教师专业评价体系。从总体维度、重点指标、评审机制等方面评析三类标准的总体特色和内在理念,可以给研制中国语文教师专业标准带来四个方面的启示:引领语文教师的专业发展;着眼于一体化、动态化的设计;关注语文教师"学科教学知识"的发展;重视语文教师的教学"输出"能力。
NCATE, ABCTE and NBPTS established their own professional standards for mother tongue teachers who are in different career stages. All these standards constructed a thorough assessment system. This paper will compare them from the overall dimensions, key indicators and assessment procedures to analyze their features and internal ideas, and inspirations may be obtained for the development of Chinese teachers' professional standards in four facets: leading the professional development of Chinese teachers, designing the systematic and dynamic standards, focusing on the accumulation of PCK, and stressing the "output" abilities of instruction.
