教育资源匮乏下的尴尬:发展中国家“大班额”现象探析 被引量:7

摘要 在部分发展中国家,初等教育阶段教育资源的相对短缺带来诸多问题,而"大班额"现象的普遍化正是其中之一。"大班额"的教学组织方式通常被认为会降低教师教学质量和学生学习效率。本文以多个典型的发展中国家作为对象,分析了"大班额"问题的存在现状、不利影响和形成原因,并深入探究了在现有条件下该问题的缓解对策。 In some developing countries, a relative shortage in the educational resources of primary education brings many problems; and the generalization of large class sizes is one of them. The teaching organization of large class sizes is usually considered as lowering the quality of teaching and the efficiency of learning. Taking different developing countries as examples, this paper analyses the present condition, disadvantageous effects and causes of large class sizes and explores the way to ease this problem in the existing situation.
